Yes, we're crazy. Yes, it's actually free.
No bait-and-switch "we'll manage your ads for free when you pay me a bunch of money up front" shenanigans here. You cover your ad spend. We do the rest.
Takes about 2 minutes. Super duper high pressure, obviously.
PS: no one's ever done an offer like this and it might blow up in our face 😅 If you want a spot, grab it before we take it down.
Gyms you may know that grow with GMM

Our average client stays 40 to 42 months, with an open door to leave whenever they want.
40–42 months average, versus the typical agency's sub-3-month run.
Month after month, for the last five-plus years.
One stupid-fair flat rate, cancel anytime. We're not in the "grab your $5k setup fee" game.
You pay your own ad spend and phone usage. No upcharges on software, ad platforms, or tech help.
P.S.That's with an open door to leave whenever the heck they want, and a simple 30-day cancellation policy on everything we do. Translation: if you don't like us, you fire us.
Your results depend on your effort, your talent, your market, your team, the moon's gravitational pull, etc.
We try to be really stinkin' perfect at what we do (we're not). Tap any story to watch it right here.
"Don't you dare downplay the value of what you created."
A client, unprompted, on a group call. Our coaching calls, content vault, and in-person retreats come with the partnership.
Assuming we're not waitlisted. We can't take a ton of gyms at a time, so if you want in, book in.
A coaching call disguised as a sales convo. We invite fewer than 40% of the gym owners we talk to, and we'll tell you straight if it's not a fit.
If we all think it's a fit, you fill out your onboarding form and book your tech and strategy calls with our team.
Tech call: our squad makes it super easy to give us access to everything we need. Everything runs out of your ad account, so you have full transparency on everything we do, and our tech wizards can take the wheel on things like granting ad account access.
Strategy call: we dive into you and your business model and what's worked in the past, make sure your model is built to produce the outputs you're actually looking for, and build your initial marketing plan.
Ads and automations typically go live within 7 days. Websites take 2–4 weeks. Texting can lag on A2P 10DLC approval, which is an industry-wide carrier issue.
Launch plans can include done-for-you reactivation campaigns, internal plays, or lead generation campaigns, all built around exactly what you and your gym need and the capacity your squad has.
We play on every stage of the funnel, not just one platform.
Full AI inbound and outbound follow-up, with phone- and chat-based booking. We're helping gyms get lead follow-up completely off their plate for $150–$300 a month on average.
Best practices from gyms around the world plus the special sauce that makes yours unique. In your account 2x a week minimum. Goldilocks management.
Playbooks, scripts, call reviews and role-play office hours for you or whoever you delegate follow-up to.
Fast, conversion- and SEO-optimized, and yes, built to play with LLMs for your gym's AEO, too. Want something changed? We knock it out for you.
White-glove setup of lead nurture, booking funnels, thank-you pages and reminder sequences. Edit the templates, we install them.
Text and email campaigns that mine the diamonds already in your list. Some have paid for a full year with us.
A direct line to our gym growth team. Speed is one of the most common compliments we get.
Proven seasonal and evergreen money-making campaigns to grow your gym, so you're not dependent on one or two marketing channels forever.
Want to start firing yourself from the jobs you hate doing in your gym? We've helped more independent gyms open multiple locations than anyone we know of, and we can help you create the freedom (and scale) you opened your gym for in the first place.
About 2 minutes. Answer a few quick questions, then pick a time for your super duper high-pressure get-to-know-ya call. Worst case, you use and abuse us for 30 days and learn stuff you can keep using.
Nope, shockingly, no BS here. No "it's free if you hit these conditions in the first 30 days," no shady auto-renewals, no "prepay to get the free thing."
You cover the ad spend ($15–30/day does well as a starting, and sometimes finishing, point for most gyms) and your use of the phone system if you decide to use it. We don't make money on it; you'll pay the same as if you brought your own.
We'll probably offer fast movers a lifetime discount up front, but there's no obligation to take it. The biggest "tricky" thing for us (and you) is capacity. We can't take a ton of you at a time, so if you want in, book in. Fast.
Nope. We have flexible payment options (most do monthly or weekly) and you've got an open door to leave whenever you want. Super simple 30-day notice cancellation, and we're still at about 2% monthly churn (closer to 1% if you don't count clients we fire ourselves) for the past five years or so.
Assuming we're not waitlisted, book your intro call (*cough* super high pressure *cough*) ASAP. If we all think it's a fit, you fill out your onboarding form, book your tech and strategy calls, and the magic kicks off from there.
Ads and automations typically launch within 7 days of signup if you get your tech and strategy calls booked right away. Websites take 2–4 weeks.
The biggest bottleneck right now is A2P 10DLC registration and approval for automated texting. It's an industry-wide issue (every industry that texts, not just fitness), and sometimes approvals lag and push back automated text launches.
Ayo, we got here! The answer we get from gym owners who've been around the block is "not enough," but I digress.
We've got a variety of packages. We're definitely not the cheapest game in town, but we're far from the most expensive, with options as low as a few hundred bucks a month if you'd rather get coached on ads than have them done for you.
We price for long-term partnerships, not short-term cash. Most of the stories above, growing from 1–3, 3–5, 5–7 locations, have been clients for years. With an open-door policy, we have to price where you see an ROI, or you're not gonna keep paying us.
Re: the free offer, the worst case is you use and abuse us for 30 days, make some new friends, and learn stuff you can use to keep growing on your own. Best case? You change the trajectory of your business, sleep easy at night, and start creating the freedom and impact you wanted when you opened your gym 💪
We don't know. Every local market is different. In some markets you can do everything right, all the ninja marketing stuff, and still be stuck with $30, $40, $50 leads (maybe more). In others you can do literally everything wrong and still get super cheap leads.
There's no magic formula of population density, income, etc. that predicts cost per lead with any certainty. What we can tell you is we'll buy you traffic and leads as efficiently as possible in your market.
We work with you to make the marketing math work at every stage of the process. We'll work like hell on the ads, and we'll find the gaps everywhere else too.
We can't control how expensive the eyeballs are in your area. We can give you a competitive edge over local competitors, adjust strategy to market conditions, and keep iterating on ads, offers, follow-up and sales. If you'd rather pout and stomp, there's a big "x" in your browser window that'll take you where you need to go ;)
Short answer: yes, Facebook leads tend to be lower quality than other sources. If referrals and organic give you all the growth you want, don't lean hard on FB. Most folks hit a ceiling where growth requires scale, and they'd rather trade dollars for opportunities than spend endless hours DMing randos on IG.
We set up your model to be profitable at 10% lead-to-close. A typical breakdown:
20% lead-to-close is quite healthy for cold traffic. 10% is where we design the model to be profitable on first-month cash. Spend $150 for those 10 leads and you don't need much cash up front. Spend $1,000 in a batshit-crazy market and we adjust your offers to collect more up front. Both can be wildly profitable.
FB leads are still typically your most predictable, controllable ROI. And we're also helping with your Google Business Profile, your website (included in this offer), organic resources and done-for-you reactivation campaigns.
It depends. Some folks crush month one, but it doesn't always happen that way. Sometimes markets are harder or skills need leveling up. If you're not happy with the trajectory by the end of month two or three, you should probably fire us (if we don't fire ourselves, lol).
If you're hurting for cash, we have strategies to get more aggressive on month-one cash collected.
Good question. I was a trainer, then a gym owner, then a multi-gym owner from about 2007 to 2021, and we've done marketing for gym owners since about 2014. We worked with some big-name clients who put us through the wringer against the biggest names in the space, then built a reputation as "the guys you go to when you can't get anything else to work" in a Facebook group built on goo-roo beheadings and bad reviews.
Dream-crushing time: cold traffic is hard, and marketing is a bit like the stock market. Up and down in the micro, only more expensive in the macro. We're your Warren Buffett for marketing: we help you buy traffic at the best rates possible, as strategically as possible.
100%! We're your gym's growth (read: new-member-getting) partner. Done-for-you Meta ads, follow-up and sales playbooks with coaching, done-for-you websites, a full automation suite, database reactivation campaigns, and a private Slack channel with our team. The full breakdown is in "What you actually get" above.
Just submit a ticket and we'll queue an adjustment next month… jk jk (too soon?).
We're in your account a minimum of 2x a week optimizing, adjusting and testing, more if the budget warrants it. Too trigger-happy and you kill winners early. Too lazy and you end up like every other agency you've worked with. Goldilocks that shit.
Pardon my French, but F*******CK no. Bait-and-switch promos ruin your reputation over time. Even if you convert some people with "accountability deposits," everyone else who walked out the door thinks you're a scammy POS, tells their friends, and comments "it's not free, it's $599" on your ads.
How many good, healthy, long-term relationships start with pressure and anxiety? I'll wait.
I don't hate you if you've done these things. Lots of folks felt it was the only way to keep the doors open. There are infinite other ways to win that build your reputation instead, and we'll find the offers that fit you. This is a partnership, not a dictatorship.
Nope. Anyone who tells you that has no intelligence or no integrity, and neither one is good. Run.
We set you up to play nice with Google without black-hat methods that get you blacklisted. For established domains with decent content, we can usually drive rankings up relatively quickly with a fast, local-SEO-optimized site (our page-speed comparisons against the major players aren't close). Brand-new domains take longer. New farm, new seeds, give them time to grow.
Two main categories: budget and mindset.
Budget: we've made it work with startup gyms doing a few grand a month, but they had some wiggle room. If you'll go bankrupt without a big first month, focus on organic client-getting first. You're still welcome to hop on a call. Those first calls really are coaching calls disguised as sales convos.
Mindset: folks who expect every lead to show up ready to buy, won't try different approaches in a partnership, or spend their time looking for reasons for it to fail.
Story time: one client was deeply unhappy, and at one point said a lead "was ready to buy, but she worked at a salon… we train lawyers and doctors." Wait, so she bought your $300/month membership? "Well, yes…" Sounds a lot like she's in your target market. If you'll be grumpy about a willing buyer paying you $300 a month because of their job, stick to referrals.
Cold traffic isn't magical. You'll get some bad leads. It's still the main growth avenue for dozens of 7-figure (and a handful of multi-7-figure) gym owners in our community.
We invite fewer than 40% of the gym owners we talk to. Apply in 2 minutes and find out if you're one of them.
